Mr. Niroshan Dehigaspage brings over 26 years of corporate experience, with nearly 20 years dedicated to the real estate industry. His extensive knowledge and expertise in real estate and land sales development are key assets for Athugala Credit, helping to drive growth in this segment.
Niroshan began his real estate career at Asian Finance Ltd, a licensed finance company under the Ceylinco Group, where he worked for more than 8 years. He then served as an Assistant Manager of Real Estate at Commercial Credit and Finance PLC for 2 years. Over the years, he further honed his skills with roles at Speed Land, Prestige Property Management, and Home Lands Holdings, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the real estate market.
He has successfully completed the Certificate in Real Estate program organized by Finmar Ltd., enhancing his expertise in the field. At Athugala Credit, Niroshan oversees the Real Estate division and leads the Easy Payment service for real estate transactions, ensuring accessible and flexible payment options for clients. His dedication and strategic approach are pivotal in advancing Athugala Credit’s real estate initiatives.
