Mrs. Rashmi Wijeweera joined Athugala Credit & Investments in 2022 as an Assistant Manager - Credit Operation and has since been promoted to Senior Assistant Manager, bringing over 8 years of experience in the financial sector.
Rashmi began her career in 2013 with Sinhaputhra Finance PLC, where she gained comprehensive experience in branch operations, leasing, hire purchasing, fixed deposits, pawning, and loans. Her expertise in these areas has equipped her with a strong foundation in credit operations and customer service.
Academically, Rashmi holds a Preliminary Certificate in Marketing (PCM) from the Sri Lanka Institute of Marketing (SLIM) and is currently pursuing a SLIM Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing, having completed Stage 1 of the program. Her blend of operational and marketing knowledge enables her to support and streamline Athugala Credit’s credit operations effectively, contributing to enhanced client satisfaction and operational efficiency
