Janaka Rathnayake

Mr. Janaka Rathnayake brings over 16 years of valuable experience in the financial sector to his role as Manager of the Anuradhapura Branch at Athugala Credit & Investments (PVT) Ltd. Janaka’s expertise spans various areas, including marketing, business development, fixed deposits, credit and recoveries, microfinance, pawning, and gold loans, as well as branch management and administration.

Before joining Athugala Credit, Janaka worked at Commercial Credit & Finance PLC from 2006 to 2013 as Assistant Branch Manager at the Anuradhapura Branch. He then served as Branch Manager at Arpico Finance PLC from 2014 to 2020, managing the Anuradhapura branch with a focus on operational excellence and business growth. During his tenure at both companies, he consistently achieved high performance and contributed to the success of his branches.
