Bandula holds a Diploma in Management from the National Institute of Business Management (NIBM) and is actively involved in leading successful businesses in the coir product industry. He is the Director of Konara Nature Coco Products (PVT) Ltd, based in Kurunegala, and the Director of Pearl Coir (PVT) Ltd, located in Puttlam.
